Noisy…. Could hear alarms from other guests rooms next to and above. Weekend party stop in a couple other rooms as well.
Bath didn’t have a fan so the mirrors fogged up pretty well.

No complaints at all. Yes they could use upgrades in the room but it’s the Sheraton . Nice traditional style and definitely has an upscale feel to it especially the lobby areas. Love their set up to work on your lap top etc..

Reception staff are very good. Cleanliness in the common areas is average at best. Rooms are very clean but need updating and repairs.

The place was ok. I feel like it’s below normal Sheraton standards. I felt like I was being rushed out from the start when the front desk person asked me when I was leaving in the morning while I was checking in. Generally not a good question to ask when you’re welcoming customers. Breakfast was ok. Finally when asked for receipt, the front desk person brushed me off and just said that my receipt would be sent shortly after personally checking out. Day later, still no receipt so just waiting to see my credit card to see if anything odd was charged.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The were just a few things that could’ve made the stay better. For one the outlets in our room were incredibly loose. Anything plugged in would fall out, making it hard to charge our electronics. The thermostat in the room was not easy to use and would shut on and off. Lastly, the wifi was on the weaker side. A lot of the time it would be running slow making it difficult for anything to load. Overall our stay was pretty good and staff were very helpful and kind. Would consider returning in the future.

The check in was smooth. The front desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean with no foreseen issues to record. I'll be staying at this location again if necessary.
